IHETC is a private higher education institution, authorised by order of the ministry responsible for higher education and approved as a vocational training centre. Here are both frameworks, what they permit, and how to check them.
The two frameworks that authorise us
Two separate regimes, two ministries, two registers. The institution operates under both, and it is that dual footing that lets it run long programmes as well as short professional certifications, under the same quality control and with the same team.
Establishment creation order
Ministry responsible for higher education. It authorises the opening of the institution and the award of the qualifications attached to approved programmes.

Ministry responsible for vocational training. It covers professional certifications and short formats for working people and organisations.
What the institution awards

Check for yourself
A status is checked, not declared. Every award carries an identifier and a public verification address: an employer sees the title, the date and the validated competencies for themselves, in seconds and without writing to us.
How does an employer verify an IHETC award?
Through the verification address printed on the document. It is public and opens with no account or sign-up: a design condition from the outset, because a check that requires creating an account is a check the employer puts off.
Are the programmes recognised outside Guinea?
Recognition abroad rests with the authorities of the host country and is assessed case by case, as for any institution. The descriptive supplement attached to each award is designed for that use: study hours, validated competencies and the standard applied are all there — what an equivalence office asks for first.
Does support differ by format?
Supervision, marking and the tutor are the same for a long programme and for a short certification. What varies is duration, expected workload and the award at the end — all three stated on the programme page before enrolment.
