IHETC School
A subscription you can stop
No minimum term, no joining fee, cancellable in one step from the parent space. School support you can stop is support you choose afresh every month, and that is precisely what obliges us to make it useful.
Everything your subscription covers
The list is complete: everything below is included in the monthly amount, with no options and no extras.

- The tutor, available at any hour, evenings and weekends included
- The written initial assessment, topic by topic
- The parent space, its summaries and its alerts
- Marked assessments and archived submitted work
- Downloadable content, to work without a connection
- Tracking of study skills and their four habits

Three rules we impose on ourselves
- 01
No minimum term
You stop the month you decide to. A family that stays because it chooses to stays longer.
- 02
One-step cancellation
From the parent space, in three clicks, at any hour. What is subscribed in three clicks stops in three clicks.
- 03
Every renewal is announced
You receive the notice before the charge: the exact opposite of silent renewal.
What a long absence triggers
A child who has not opened the app for two months triggers a message from us, and that message offers to pause. It is a rule we have set ourselves: a subscription running on an unused account pays once and costs a family. You then resume whenever you wish, with progress and assessment intact.
Money questions
Is there a rate for several children?
Yes, from the second child in the same household. Each child keeps their own space, progress and working thread: the price is shared, the account is not. A brother and sister able to see each other's difficulties would both stop reporting any.
Do we have to pay to create the account?
No. The family account is created without a card: you add your children, each with their class, and you see the space before deciding. The subscription starts when you choose, and a relative abroad can pay for it.
Does the price change when my child moves up a cycle?
Moving from one cycle to the next happens within the same subscription, with no re-enrolment and no formalities: the new cycle's subjects open on the start date, and earlier progress stays available. That matters precisely at transitions, when looking back is exactly what is needed.
