Three unshakeable rules
They are published alongside the production chain and hold across every arm of the institution. They answer the question that matters: who takes responsibility for what you learn.
A human always publishes
The chain produces a draft; it never publishes on its own. An identified academic lead approves every publication and answers for it.
The freeze rule
A course does not change during its session. Altering content under a running cohort would break equal treatment between learners — an invisible risk, and the most serious one.
No agent is a teacher
A credential is a legal act. The chain produces, the human guarantees: no automated system is counted in the faculty, and none alone issues a decision that shapes a learner's path.

The split is clean, and it is the same for every programme. Read the table left to right: the right-hand column holds everything that commits a learner's path or a legal responsibility.

What you can ask the tutor
The tutor works on the content of the programme you are taking, at any hour and as many times as needed. Here are the uses it is designed for, and where it serves you best.

Your exchanges and your learning data
Exchanges with the tutor serve your progress and stay between you and it: they are passed to no parent, no employer and no marker. What circulates is what was submitted and assessed — work, signed corrections, validated units — which is exactly what your competency record needs. That boundary is a design choice: a person who knows they are permanently watched stops asking the question that would move them forward.
Questions about the use of AI
Can an automated system mark me?
The certifying mark is settled by a person, who signs it and gives the reasoning. Tools prepare inputs — gaps against the published grid, records of submitted work — and the marker decides on those inputs. It is a design rule, published with the production chain and enforceable.
Does the tutor make things up?
It is anchored in the content of the programme being taken rather than plugged into the open web. That makes it terser and far more reliable on what is actually taught, and it lets you trace every answer back to the lesson page it comes from.
May I use AI tools for my own work?
Permitted use is written on every marking grid, before submission: some assessments require entirely personal work, others assess your ability to drive a tool and check its output. In both cases the rule is known before you begin.
