Four roles surround every programme, and each carries a written responsibility. Knowing who designs, who marks and who follows you tells you whom to contact, from day one.
Four roles around every programme
The four are distinct, and deliberately so: whoever designs a piece of content does not mark the papers that assess it, and whoever follows you day to day does not deliberate on your award. The separation protects your mark as much as it protects the teacher.
Programme lead
They approve every content publication and take responsibility for it. Theirs is the name the programme carries before the academic council.
Module designer
They write the sequence, the field cases and the exercises, then supply the marking grid published with the module.
Marker
They mark submitted work against the published grid, sign the correction and set out what remains to be worked on.
Cohort lead
They follow your progress, answer organisational requests and support you through to the award board.
What we ask of a teacher
The conditions are the same for everyone, and they are checked before the first session. They explain why a programme can open in weeks: the requirement is on trade practice, not on the length of a file.

The scientific council
It brings together the heads of the 6 schools and outside practitioners around one annual question: where should the base deepen first? Its answer governs the year's production and the applied research priorities. The council is published with its named members on the day it is installed, and its agenda remains available afterwards.

A trade you practise, an entry level, an expected outcome. One page is enough to open the discussion.

Target competency stated as an action verb, study volume, credits and place in the existing catalogue.

You bring the trade substance, the chain produces the layout, the exercises and the materials.

A lead publishes
Quality control, named sign-off, publication and freezing of the content for the session.
Questions about the team
Who actually marks my work?
An identified marker, who signs their correction. Their name appears on the feedback you receive, and you can ask them for clarification through your space's messaging. Review by a different person remains a right if the feedback does not convince you.
Can I teach while working elsewhere?
That is the most common case, and it is sought after: active practice of the trade is the first condition for teaching. Commitments concern marking turnaround and the collective sessions in the calendar, all known before you start.
How is the material I bring handled?
It goes through the production chain, is checked, then approved by a named lead before publication. How your work may be used is written into the teaching contract, including for sessions after your own.
