Building your budget before you apply
Five steps are enough to know exactly what you are committing to: read the amount, count the years, choose the arrangement, check the schemes open to you, set the monthly figure against your month. Every figure needed is public.
Everything you need is already published
Building a study budget takes four pieces of information: the amount, its unit, the number of years billed and the monthly figure that follows. All four are public on this site, and they are enough to decide with no prior interview. That is a choice: an institution that keeps its figures for the sales conversation forces candidates into a relationship before they know whether they can afford it. The five steps below lead to the exact figure you will set against your month.

Read the amount and its unit
A long programme is quoted per year, a short course as a total. The unit sits beside the figure.

Count the years billed
An academic year begun is settled. The total-cost page gives that count for every programme.

Choose the payment arrangement
Once, in 3 or in 10, for the same total. The arrangement is ticked on the form.

Check the schemes open to you
Merit scholarship, means-based support, employer funding: all three are requested on the form.

Set the monthly figure against your month
That is the only test that matters. The payment date then aligns with when your income arrives.

Preparation questions
Should I know my budget before applying?
It is more comfortable, and everything is published for that. The admission decision then hands you the full personal costing, amount and schedule included, before any enrolment.
Can several schemes be requested at once?
Yes, and it is advisable: the merit scholarship and means-based support are requested on the same form, and employer funding combines with either.
Where should I start when the budget is tight?
With a short course: 900 000 GNF, self-paced, attestation at the end. It is the cheapest way to measure your real availability before committing to a long programme.
Can the amount change once I have applied?
The amount that binds you is the one stated in your admission decision, before any enrolment, and it stays at the level displayed when you applied. You therefore decide on the figure you read, not on another one.
