Funding

Getting your employer to fund your programme

An employer funds what it can budget for and justify to its auditor. The pack we hand you carries exactly those documents: a named quote, a training agreement, supervised hours, credits and the final attestation.

What decides an employer

A funding request is won on three points: a written amount, verifiable hours and a skill attached to a role. All three appear on the quote you generate from your personal space, and they are repeated identically on the agreement and then on the invoice. Your manager therefore decides on figures they can cross-check against the public catalogue, which shortens the conversation considerably.

  • A named quote, generated from your personal space, valid for the current financial year
  • The exact programme title, as it appears in the official catalogue
  • Supervised hours and credits, verifiable and on the record
  • The provisional calendar, to weigh against your team's workload
  • The completion attestation, issued to you and to the company

How it goes

  1. 01

    Generate the quote

From your personal space, in the company's name, with its billing address and internal reference.

  2. 02

    Secure approval

The quote carries the amount, the hours and the credits: your manager decides on evidence, not on a promise.

  3. 03

    Sign the agreement

Three signatures, one document. It sets the subject, duration, volume, amount and terms.

  4. 04

    Invoicing to the company

The invoice is issued in the employer's name, with the purchase reference they gave you.

  5. 05

    Completion attestation

It states the hours attended, the credits obtained and the date: that is the document the employer files.

What an employer reads on the quote

These four columns are the ones a finance department cross-checks. They are read from the official catalogue, therefore identical to what your employer will find on the programme's public page.

Funding questions

Can the company fund part of it?

Yes: the agreement states the share funded and the share you settle, each with its own schedule. Two payments, two receipts, one programme.

What if I change employer mid-programme?

Your enrolment belongs to you and continues. The outstanding balance moves to the schedule of your choice, and a new employer can take over the funding through an addendum.

Does my employer receive progress reports?

They receive what the agreement provides for: attendance, progress through the blocks and the final attestation. The detail of your work and your marks stays personal to you.

Can the amount change once I have applied?

The amount that binds you is the one stated in your admission decision, before any enrolment, and it stays at the level displayed when you applied. You therefore decide on the figure you read, not on another one.
