Enrolling several colleagues on the same programme

A team trained together moves together: same vocabulary, same assignments, same deadlines. The arrangement fits into a single agreement, one grouped invoice and an annexed list of names, with the group rate assessed on file.

One arrangement for the whole group

Enrolling five people does not mean five separate files. A single agreement covers the group, the named list is annexed, invoicing is grouped and the schedule is shared. Yet each person keeps what belongs to them: their space, their work, their assessments and their individual attestation. That separation is deliberate — an employer funds a collective skill, but it is an individual who carries it and takes it with them.

What the group arrangement brings

One agreement, one invoice

A single signature circuit and a single accounting document, whatever the headcount enrolled.

A shared calendar

The same assessment dates for the whole group, agreed with you before the agreement is signed.

Collective attendance reporting

Progress through the blocks, reported at the pace set by the agreement, so you steer without chasing.

Individual attestations

One per person, with their credits and hours, verifiable through a public link.

What one programme comes to, by headcount

These columns simply multiply the catalogue amount by the headcount: they give the baseline from which the group rate is then assessed on file. A budget is better prepared from a public baseline than from an estimate.

Team questions

From how many people is it a group?

As soon as two enrolments are settled under the same agreement, the group arrangement applies: annexed list, single invoice, shared calendar. The group rate itself is assessed on file.

Can one agreement mix several programmes?

Yes. The annexed list states the programme each person takes, and the invoice details the matching lines. The shared calendar then covers the collective sessions.

What if a colleague leaves the company?

Their enrolment belongs to them and continues: the outstanding balance moves to the schedule of their choice. The company can also name a replacement by addendum before the next block begins.
