The merit scholarship, and how it is obtained
A partial merit scholarship is open at every admission round. It is awarded on file by a committee, and every candidate receives a written, reasoned answer, whether it is favourable or points towards another arrangement.
An open scheme, awarded on evidence
The merit scholarship reduces part of the year's fees for candidates whose file evidences sustained work. It is awarded by a committee, on documentary evidence, and is requested at application time — not after enrolment. The answer is written in every case and carries its reasoning: a candidate who does not obtain the merit scholarship knows why, and knows which other arrangement to turn to. That is what makes the mechanism useful to everyone who applies.

- Personal work already produced, including outside any school setting
- Work experience, including informal, where it sheds light on the project
- Coherence between the programme targeted and the project stated
- The weekly availability declared, weighed against the programme's load

Scholarship questions
Can the scholarship be combined with employer funding?
Yes. The agreement then states the share funded by the company, the share covered by the scholarship and the balance you settle, each with its own schedule.
Must the scholarship be requested each year?
The request is renewed at each round, and the review takes account of the work actually produced during the past year. That is what gives the word merit its meaning.
Can someone returning to study apply for it?
Yes, and work experience then counts as much as a transcript. An unconventional path carried by a clear project stands up very well before the committee.
