The dates on which you pay
A useful payment schedule is read before committing, not afterwards. Here is the order of the milestones, from application to the final instalment, and what each one triggers on the institution's side.
Dates known before committing
The full calendar appears in the admission decision, therefore before enrolment. You know the date each instalment falls and the amount involved, for the whole duration of the programme. That advance notice is the point: a candidate who discovers the schedule after signing has not decided, they have complied. Dates follow the academic year and remain the ones handed to you, whatever later happens to the fee schedule.
The milestones, in order
- 01
Application submitted
The application fee opens the review. Your file is examined as soon as it is received.
- 02
Admission decision
Within ten working days of the interview. It carries the amount, the dates and the arrangement chosen.
- 03
Enrolment confirmed
The first payment secures the place and opens access to the learning space at once.
- 04
Instalments across the year
On the dates set out in the signed schedule, by the payment method you selected.
- 05
Moving to the next year
A new schedule is issued for each year begun, on the same reading basis.
One year's schedule, read from the catalogue
| Programme | Amount for the year | Spread monthly payment |
|---|---|---|
| Business Law and OHADA Compliance | 5 200 000 GNF | 520 000 GNF |
| Data Science programme — Bac+5 level | 7 200 000 GNF | 720 000 GNF |
| Digital Marketing | 4 600 000 GNF | 460 000 GNF |
What each due date produces
- A dated receipt in your name, issued at the moment of payment
- An immediate update of the balance in your personal space
- A reminder sent ahead of the date, so nothing takes you by surprise
- A cumulative payment statement, available on request
Calendar questions
Can I choose the day of the month?
You state the date that follows your salary payment, and the schedule aligns with it for the whole year. A calendar set on your cash flow holds better than one set on ours.
When does content access actually begin?
As soon as enrolment is confirmed, without waiting for term start. The first payment and the opening of the learning space follow one another immediately.
Does the calendar cover the whole programme?
It is drawn up year by year, each academic year begun having its own schedule. The amount for each year remains the one published for your programme.
