An HR department is judged on the day of an inspection or a dispute: contracts, working time, payroll, disciplinary procedures, registers. The programme therefore treats legal and administrative matters seriously before moving to recruitment and skills development. The order is deliberate: a brilliant recruiter in a company with irregular contracts puts everyone at risk.

Learning objectives

  • Draw up and manage an employment contract compliant with applicable law
