How your quote is built, component by component
A readable quote breaks into components you can remove one by one. Catalogue prices are public — the entry programme opens at 900 000 GNF — and everything added on top is named, costed and justified by a supervised-hours volume.
The three variables, and their real weight
The price of a scheme rests on three variables only. The first is visible at once, the second carries most of the amount, and the third decides the shape of the contract.
Headcount
Subcontractors included if they are tracked. The simplest variable to establish, and the least decisive on the total.
Content to produce
The 444 modules of the base cost no production. Content drawn from your procedures does: that is where most of the amount sits.
The scheme's duration
A six-month campaign and a permanent scheme are priced differently. You choose, the quote follows.
Three situations, three quote structures
Each structure reads in a minute and compares to another proposal. The quote takes this exact shape: one line per component, one amount per line, and a total that is the sum of the lines.
| Your situation | Quote structure | What drives the amount |
|---|---|---|
| A few people on a catalogue topic | Enrolments at public prices, one line per person | The programme price, visible before any exchange |
| A whole department on an assembled pathway | A per-group fee, plus teaching delivery | The pathway's supervised hours |
| Content drawn from your procedures | Production costed separately, then delivery | How many modules to produce and how deep |
| An internal academy for several departments | Annual subscription and initial setup | How many distinct pathways must be administered |
Everything the quote fully includes
Here is the complete list of what the stated amount covers. It is exhaustive: anything outside it becomes a separate line, costed in front of you before being committed.
- Scoping the need and estimating volume, from the first meeting
- The forty-minute walkthrough on your own cases
- Assembling the pathway and its teaching progression
- Access to the selected modules for the whole duration of the scheme
- Session delivery and individual learner follow-up
- Assessments, with the threshold you have set
- The reporting dashboard and automatic deadline reminders
- The dated export, at any time, including after the contract ends
- The documents awarded to individuals: attendance record, certificate or title depending on the pathway

Questions about the quote
Why is the price given after scoping?
Catalogue prices are public and can be checked without speaking to us: 30 programmes display their amount, duration and supervised volume. Scoping applies to bespoke schemes, where the price depends on the content to produce. Forty minutes is enough, and the resulting quote then holds as written.
Can the quote be revised upward mid-scheme?
The amount committed in the quote covers the perimeter described in the quote. A perimeter extension — an added population, an extra module to produce — becomes a new line, costed and accepted before being committed. You decide each time, on a known amount.
Can payment be staged?
Yes, and staging follows the scheme's milestones: opening, mid-point, final report. Each milestone matches an identifiable delivery, which gives your finance team a fact to match against every instalment.
How do we compare your quote to another?
Bring both back to cost per supervised hour: it is the only common base, because it is the only volume describing real teaching time. Our pathways state that volume module by module, and the rule governing them — 10 supervised hours per credit — appears in the official catalogue.
