IHETC
Every proof the institution awards
Twenty-six pages for one question: what is the document in front of you worth, and how do you check it. Each states what is attested, what the document contains, how a third party verifies it and which paths lead there.
Three families of proof, one single rule
The institution awards three kinds of document, and they all follow the same scale: one credit stands for 25 hours of work of which 10 are supervised. That constant is what makes a two-month attestation and a twelve-month qualification comparable, and readable by an employer who knows neither.
End-of-programme documents
Bachelor's degree and Master's degree, awarded by 18 catalogue programmes.
Professional qualifications
72 qualifications, from level 4 to level 7, split into 360 separately validated blocks.
Certifications and attestations
7 professional certifications and 5 short formats, for one precise capability.
What the catalogue carries today

What a third party opens, and what they find
Every awarded document carries a reference, and that reference opens a public page with no account and no prior exchange. It is the link that gives the previous three their worth: a skill nobody can check stays a claim, and an employer handling two hundred applications first processes those they can verify in seconds.
- 1
Module completed
Supervised hours, work submitted.
- 2
Proctored assessment
Identity verified, conditions logged.
- 3
Certificate issued
Unique reference, competencies listed.
- 4
Verified by a third party
No account, no phone call.
Which page should I start with?
The one named after the document in your hand, if you are checking a paper. The one for your field, if you are choosing a path. The one on qualification levels, if you are placing a function on a scale.
Are the figures on these pages current?
They are counted on the filed catalogue every time the site is produced: a programme added to the catalogue moves the counters on all these pages at once. No figure is typed into a sentence.
Who awards these documents?
The institution, under the MESRS order reference published on the page devoted to its status. That reference appears on every document and every verification page, which lets a third party trace from document to authorisation.
Can a document obtained here be used outside Guinea?
The certificate supplement states the nature of the document, the level, the volumes and the awarding authority in both languages of the site, and the verification page opens from anywhere. That is the format an HR department can process without knowing the origin system.
