The academic calendar is published for every cohort. It sets the start date of each programme, the proctored exam sessions, the project defences and the live group sessions.
Publishing these dates ahead of time changes what an applicant can decide. Booking leave, arranging childcare, informing an employer: those trade-offs are made weeks before the start, and they need firm dates.
Live classes are scheduled in the evening and on Saturdays, and each one is recorded and made available to the cohort. A one-off clash is therefore made up without any special request.
The calendar is available from the digital campus and syncs with the diary on your phone.
